We have an economic loss during this time, with which we cannot be able to pay our real estate investment due to the effect of Pandemic. So to further mitigate the loss, we decided to send a letter to the subdivision owner asking a favor for reimbursement.

Greetings!

I hope everything is well with you and your family as you received this letter.

I have written this letter to signify our intent to back-out from paying our lot-only investment in (Property Complete Address) due to the following reasons:

1. Due to Pandemic, our source of income was affected enormously.

1.1 My salary was deducted with 50% by our Company across the board for cost cutting.

1.2 My wife lost her job due to her Company’s cost adjustment.

With the above reasons, we cannot be able to continue our monthly payment for our investment as we are adjusting our funds to our essentials. My wife is scheduled to give birth as well this September for our 3rd child.
